Inspired by racing brake systems, we engineered this wandering hour automatic watch. Specifically, a red brake caliper accent frames a perforated dial face paired with a central turbine satellite module and side minute arc beneath sapphire crystal. Simultaneously, a modified 9.5mm Miyota 8215 caliber powers a custom wheel-rim rotor. Ultimately, we offer complete private label manufacturing for your watch brand.
Drawing inspiration from high-performance motorsport instrument panels, we engineered this racing timepiece around a brake assembly layout. Specifically, the matte black dial features precision-perforated dimples mimicking ventilated carbon-ceramic brake discs and perforated leather seats. Simultaneously, a sculpted red brake caliper component covers the left dial flank to disrupt traditional full-circle dial symmetry. Consequently, the high-contrast red and black colorway delivers direct automotive visual depth across the wrist.
Where conventional racing chronograph watches utilize sweeping hands, we integrated a modified wandering hour module featuring a central triple-blade turbine rotor. Therefore, three rotating satellite discs pass sequentially along the right-hand minute scale to track continuous hours and minutes. In fact, the side scale precisely displays the rotational sweep of the satellite assembly as each hour digit engages the arc. As a result, the dial presents a dynamic, mechanical readout inspired by automotive turbochargers and engine gauges.
Meanwhile, powering this orbital mechanism is a modified Japanese Miyota 8215 automatic caliber measuring 9.5mm in total movement thickness. Additionally, this 21-jewel caliber operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz) while delivering a stable 42-hour power reserve. Simultaneously, the custom automatic winding rotor mimics multi-spoke alloy sports car rims to integrate automotive mechanics throughout the internal assembly. Turn the watch over, and the exhibition caseback reveals the custom wheel-spoke rotor and gear train.
