Inspired by maritime marine chronometers, we engineered this dual-hemisphere regulator automatic watch. Specifically, a 3mm elevated balance wheel at 9 o’clock floats over a blue Guilloché dial flanked by Northern and Southern Hemisphere sub-dials. Simultaneously, an in-house 28,800 vph caliber powers separated hour and minute displays beneath sapphire crystal.
Drawing inspiration from maritime navigation marine chronometers, we engineered this world-time regulator timepiece with a vivid blue Guilloché dial plate. Specifically, radial sunburst fluting spreads across the surface to optimize light dispersion and visual depth. Simultaneously, two vertically aligned sub-dials feature detailed polar projections: an upper hour disc printed with the Northern Hemisphere map and a lower minute disc detailing the Southern Hemisphere map. Consequently, the overall layout merges traditional engine-turned decoration with geographical mapping aesthetics.
Where standard dress watches conceal the balance wheel beneath the main dial plate, we engineered an elevated 9 o’clock balance bridge. Therefore, a custom golden balance wheel sits raised by 3 millimeters directly above the blue Guilloché surface, revealing continuous balance spring oscillations. In fact, by separating the hour function to the top aperture and the minute track to the lower aperture, the dial eliminates central hand overlap entirely. As a result, the dynamic balance wheel movement remains completely unobstructed during operation.
Meanwhile, powering this dual-hemisphere regulator module is our proprietary in-house automatic caliber operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). Additionally, this 21-jewel self-winding movement incorporates a mainspring assembly providing 45 hours of stable power reserve. Simultaneously, specialized wheel train modifications ensure steady torque delivery to both the elevated balance oscillator and separated time discs. Turn the watch over, and the exhibition caseback reveals internal gear train bridge hand-finishing and rotor winding.
