Gothic Bridge Architectural Dial and Aventurine Glass Background

Drawing inspiration from London’s iconic Tower Bridge structure, we engineered this custom tourbillon watch around a symmetrical architectural layout.

Specifically, skeletonized steel bridges across the dial frame a multi-layer view of internal gear trains. Simultaneously, a dark blue aventurine glass background provides a speckled metallic finish behind the open-worked dial components. Consequently, the overall structure presents clean geometric lines alongside durable visual depth.

Where standard dress watches utilize flat dials, we engineered an asymmetric dual-complication display for this custom tourbillon watch. Therefore, a custom celestial disc located at the 10 o’clock position tracks day and night transitions via rotating sun and star graphics. In fact, a continuous flying tourbillon cage rotates at the 6 o’clock position to counteract gravitational positioning errors. As a result, the open-worked architecture exposes balance spring oscillations, gear train engagement, and ruby jewels during operation.

Meanwhile, powering this dual-complication layout is a modified Miyota 8215 caliber operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz). Additionally, our machining facility forges the rounded case chassis with a combination of mirror-polished bevels and brushed flanks. Simultaneously, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal shields the multi-layer dial geometry against daily wear. Turn the watch over, and the exhibition caseback reveals movement plate finishing and automatic rotor winding.
