Industrial Barrel Jumping Hour Watch – Miyota 9015 Automatic with OEM Customization

Drawing inspiration from technical equipment architecture, we engineered this barrel-shaped timepiece with a focus on geometric line work. Specifically, watchmakers forge the case from solid 316L stainless steel, applying a uniform brushed finish across the curved flanks. Simultaneously, eight exposed structural screws secure the bezel assembly to reinforce case rigidity. Consequently, the watch delivers a distinct barrel profile paired with daily scratch resistance on the wrist.

Where traditional automatic watches utilize central hour hands, we re-engineered a Japanese Miyota 9015 caliber to drive a peripheral jump hour display. Therefore, the numeric hour changes instantaneously inside a dedicated aperture, eliminating mid-hour disc drift. In fact, this 28,800 vph movement maintains its original slim architecture while offering smooth rate stability and a 42-hour power reserve. As a result, the dial provides high-contrast, uncluttered time readability under various lighting conditions.

Meanwhile, beneath the sapphire crystal, a matte black dial features high-visibility printed numerals paired with a central minute track. Additionally, we paired the heavy-set barrel case with a supple black genuine leather strap secured by a steel buckle. Simultaneously, this strap integration distributes case weight evenly across the wrist for everyday wear comfort. Turn the watch over, and the exhibition case back reveals the decorated winding rotor and automatic mechanism.
