Engineered as a custom double retrograde watch, this model draws inspiration from vintage railroad timing gauges. Specifically, twin jumping hands traverse fan-shaped tracks over a deep red mother-of-pearl dial before snapping back instantaneously to zero. Simultaneously, a modified Miyota 9015 caliber keeps the profile ultra-thin at 5.6mm.
Drawing inspiration from vintage railroad timing instruments, we engineered this custom double retrograde watch around a dual arc scale layout. Specifically, a deep red mother-of-pearl dial plate offers rich visual depth reminiscent of lacquered instrument gauge panels. Simultaneously, two fan-shaped sector tracks frame the upper half of the dial face. Consequently, the overall layout combines natural iridescent organic textures with crisp industrial reading geometry.
Where conventional automatic dress watches rely on circular hands, we engineered a segmented time readout for this custom double retrograde watch. Therefore, separated hour and minute hands traverse their respective arc tracks before snapping back instantaneously to zero upon reaching the scale end. In fact, a central small seconds sub-dial stabilizes the visual center while maintaining precise second-by-second mechanical tracking. As a result, the dial presents dynamic jumping hand motion without obstructing central visibility.
Meanwhile, powering this custom double retrograde watch is a modified high-beat Citizen Miyota 9015 platform re-engineered by our movement modification facility. Additionally, by integrating our proprietary double retrograde module, we maintained an ultra-thin total movement profile of just 5.6 mm. Simultaneously, this 24-jewel caliber operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) with a stable 40-hour power reserve. Turn the watch over, and the exhibition caseback reveals internal gear movement and decorated rotor bridges.
