The movement bridge and mainplate form the essential structural backbone of any mechanical timepiece, securing the gear train, jewels, and balance wheel with micron-level alignment. Designed specifically for microbrands and independent watchmakers, our custom components eliminate internal friction and maximize movement stability to guarantee accurate, long-term timekeeping performance.
To meet diverse design requirements, we manufacture custom bridges using high-spec base materials including premium brass (HPb59-1), German silver (Maillechort), titanium, and stainless steel. Utilizing advanced 5-axis CNC milling, we maintain ultra-tight tolerances down to $\pm 0.005\text{ mm}$, ensuring seamless component integration, perfect jewel setting, and precise alignment for both standard and modified movement platforms such as Miyota, ETA, and Sellita.
To elevate exhibition casebacks and open-worked designs, each component can be enhanced with traditional haute horlogerie decoration. We offer industry-standard surface finishes like Côtes de Genève, circular perlage, sunray brushing, and matte sandblasting, combined with refined details such as diamond-cut beveling, polished countersinks, custom logo engraving, unique skeletonization, and premium electroplated rhodium, rose gold, yellow gold, or DLC/PVD coatings.
