The Three-Body Concept Watch draws directly from the groundbreaking ideas in Liu Cixin’s “The Three-Body Problem” — a story of chaos, orbits, and unpredictable systems. We built this watch to reflect that sense of cosmic mystery in a wearable, mechanical form.
The dial features a domed synthetic blue sapphire crystal that gives the watch a deep, layered look. Beneath it, a starry blue background with subtle gradient effects creates a sense of infinite space. Three rotating discs display hours— each numeral floats and shifts in a dynamic, orbital pattern that feels alive and slightly unpredictable, just like the three-body gravitational dance in the novel.
The movement is a reliable Swiss automatic mechanical caliber, modified in our factory for smooth operation and consistent accuracy. It winds itself through normal wrist movement, holds power reliably, and keeps time well day after day.
The case is solid 316L stainless steel with brushed sides and a polished bezel — durable, corrosion-resistant, and water-resistant enough for everyday wear. The black fluororubber strap has a subtle bamboo-pattern texture: soft, lightweight, and comfortable right out of the box, with good grip and longevity.
